Vice-President, Implementation

Lead the successful delivery of long-term, high-impact enterprise implementations for nesto’s Mortgage Cloud platform. Serve as the primary executive responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in our delivery practices. Act as both a strategic leader and a hands-on execution expert, overseeing implementation projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring client goals are met and timelines are respected. Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients and act as the executive point of contact for all delivery matters, proactively identifying risks and driving resolutions. You will manage and mentor project managers, analysts, and delivery leads, setting a clear vision and measurable goals, whilst promoting cohesion and accountability across delivery teams. Continuously improve implementation frameworks, delivery standards, and resource planning processes, ensuring alignment between technical roadmaps and business priorities. This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
