GAAP Accountant

The Role:

• You'll support the Accounting Manager and Controllers in building out Pie's accounting function.
• You'll own key elements of the financial close process and apply GAAP knowledge to daily operations.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in the monthly accounting close, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Deliver accurate information on time and support improvements to accounting processes with effective internal controls.
• Partner with Finance on analysis and projects around automation and system implementation.

The Right Stuff:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance plus 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to apply it to real-world transactions.
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail for cross-functional collaboration.
