Inbound Phone Sales Representative

Work in a fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options. Take inbound, pre-screened leads while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift following a strict schedule. Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families. Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs. Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls), which consists of referring families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor you will be the company’s first interaction with a family with the goal of being empathetic to their situation and delivering a great family experience.
