• Manage data center development opportunities across the United States and manage early- stage efforts to execute on these opportunities.
• Conduct project due diligence, secure site control, and navigate the load interconnection queue.

• Ownership of Leasing Operations: Ensure leases are abstracted accurately into Yardi and compliant with company standards.
• Leadership and Guidance: Support Portfolio Managers on lease interpretations, negotiations, and renewals.
• LOI Review and Negotiation: Review Letters of Intent (LOIs) from brokers, redlining and negotiating terms.

• Support negotiation, preparation, and closing of land agreements—including leases, purchases, easements, surface waivers, and more.
• Lead key stages of land acquisition by identifying, assessing, and resolving title, mineral, and survey concerns.
• Manage land-related data systems, ensuring accuracy through diligent tracking, auditing, and documentation.
