Job Description
Site Selection & Market Analysis: Lead site selection for data center expansion. Evaluate sites based on power, connectivity, zoning, and environmental factors. Maintain relationships with brokers and municipal authorities.
Due Diligence & Transaction Management: Execute due diligence including environmental assessments and zoning analysis. Coordinate with internal and external teams for site evaluation. Manage transaction timelines from LOI through closing.
Lease Negotiations & Contract Management: Lead lease negotiations for build-to-suit facilities. Structure deal terms aligning with financial objectives. Collaborate with legal on lease documentation supporting long-term operational needs.
