Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer

In this role, you'll be responsible for administering the hardware environment by managing servers, block and file storage arrays, and tape libraries comprehensively. Manage both virtual (VMware, Proxmox) and physical environments, ensuring their optimization for performance and stability. Develop, supervise, and maintain data backup policies using Networker and Veeam tools. Design, implement, and maintain solutions within the Google Cloud Platform. Implement and maintain infrastructure automation tools, with  Terraform  being particularly beneficial. Manage digital certificates, ideally with knowledge of Vault . Conduct proactive system monitoring and respond to incidents effectively. Collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure the continuity of system operations.
