Job Description

Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation, review, and approval of Purchase Orders. Track the status of pending orders, including documentation, shipping details, and relevant correspondence. Supplier Coordination: Issue RFQs to suppliers,Communicate with suppliers,Evaluate supplier offers to identify the best quality and value for the organization. Logistics Coordination: Arrange shipments and coordinate logistics with suppliers. Follow up on any delays or rescheduled orders to ensure timely delivery. Managing clearance procedure.
