Job Description
As part of our local Legal team, you will participate in shaping the future of our local German legal and contracting operations. Part-Time job offering: 20 - 24 hours per week 4 - 5 days per week Fully remote from anywhere in Germany. Core responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with customers, partners, and service providers. Responsibilities also include providing legal support and advice during complex customer negotiations while ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks, especially in IT, Cyber Security, Software Resale and SaaS. The role involves collaborating closely with internal and external departments to shape and implement legal strategies and monitoring and evaluating current legal developments in the fields of Cyber Security and IT services.
