Job Description
Job Summary:
- Play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence across our SaaS, DaaS, and Managed Services offerings.
- Lead end-to-end program execution, from strategic planning and resource alignment to delivery and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the resource utilization of the delivery teams across the RCI team.
- Run project meetings (kickoffs, onboarding sessions, status reviews, and retrospectives), including scheduling, setting agendas, capturing notes, and driving follow-up items to completion.
Requirements:
- Experience in Program or Project Management (preferably in SaaS or technology).
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects/accounts at once.
