Sr. Analyst, Health Plan Performance

The Sr. Health Plan Performance (HPP) Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on contractual terms for assigned contracts, payer-specific data sets, current performance, and key opportunities for performance improvement. Primary duties include conducting data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across Aledade’s value-based care portfolio within assigned Line(s) of Business. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health service utilization, cost of care, and quality measure performance for applicable health plan payer contracts(Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and/or Medicaid) as directed by Health Plan Performance Leadership. You will prepare and deliver monthly KPI reports to field teams, supporting data-driven decision-making and performance optimization. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to support market workflows addressing quality measures; conduct assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction, drive quality performance improvement, and improve value-based care interventions.
