The Adoption team combines AI innovations with human judgment from our coaches and clinicians to ensure members feel supported and ready for success as they begin their Virta journey. Responsibilities include people management & team dynamics, career development & growth, cross-functional collaboration & communication, process management & improvement, and technical strategy & decision-making. Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will, familiarize yourself with the team and its stakeholders, enhance team processes and, align the learnings from above with the product roadmap and technical roadmap to start building a strategy for your team.
