Senior Director, Policy Team

Position Overview:

• Serve as a critical thought partner to the Vice President, Policy in designing and executing a bold, actionable climate policy agenda for states and the federal government.
• Solicit input from policy team members and translate the policy agenda into actionable work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach the policy team to integrate seamlessly with the State and Federal teams.
• Establish and effectively advocate for a bold policy vision applicable across the country.
• Directly manage all members of the Policy team.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in policy development and advocacy.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide a policy team.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across teams.
