After Action Review (AAR) Administrator

We are seeking an experienced After Action Review (AAR) Administrator to support ongoing mission requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience managing AAR processes, administering Milestone XProtect AAR or equivalent systems, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of review documentation and multimedia assets. Responsibilities include: Lead, manage, and administer all aspects of the After Action Review (AAR) process. Configure, maintain, and support Milestone XProtect AAR or comparable platforms. Ensure proper collection, storage, and retrieval of recordings, logs, and mission-critical data. Coordinate with technical and operational teams to capture key events and produce high-quality AAR outputs. Troubleshoot system issues, perform routine maintenance, and support version upgrades. Maintain detailed documentation, configuration records, and AAR process workflows. Provide user support, training, and guidance on AAR tools and procedures. Maintain compliance with all security, privacy, and data retention requirements.
