Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
-Act as a senior relationship manager for select clients.
-Take accountability for the delivery of overall services and performance.
-Lead Quarterly and Annual client business reviews.
Portfolio Optimization:
-Lead account teams to complete comprehensive analyses on client portfolios.
-Create executive summaries which identify opportunities for clients to reduce costs.
-Identify opportunities for clients to consolidate and take advantage of attractive markets.
Team Management & Financial Acumen:
-Manage broad account teams, including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Consulting, Technology Services, and Project Management staff.
-Ensure consistency of delivery of tools and technology to clients.
-Direct involvement and expertise around ensuring the highest level of quality and advisory through financial analytics for the clients.
