Lead Software Engineer (Mobile Native)

Lead the mobile/Windows development team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows applications development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard. Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch. Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals. Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem. Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers. Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives. Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams. Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
