Responsibilities:

  • Own global demand strategy and execution across digital, paid, lifecycle, and field channels, driving scalable ARR growth.
  • Build and execute a global campaign framework aligned with GTM priorities, including audience segmentation and ABM strategies.
  • Ensure governance and compliance across all activities while managing lead follow-up and interlock with Inside Sales.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Report to the CMO and partner closely with the CRO to align demand generation with sales priorities and pipeline needs.
  • Work across sales, channel, and peer marketing leaders in Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Web teams.
  • Collaborate with Data & Insights on results packages and with partnership teams to maximize marketplace-driven growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior B2B SaaS marketing leadership with a proven track record in scaling ARR-driven demand generation programs.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, performance optimization, and modern martech stacks.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a builder mindset for scaling teams and systems.
