Responsibilities:
- Ensure integrity of global accounting procedures and controls in line with corporate guidelines and IFRS.
- Manage internal and external audit schedules and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Review and seek policy waivers when appropriate, ensuring proper application and updates.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual global gross profit reporting mechanisms and site-level KPIs.
- Prepare forecasts, explain deviations from targets, and track cost-saving and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the Annual Operating Plan process and provide analytics to support informed business decisions.
Strategic Support & Leadership:
- Partner with operational and finance leaders to drive productivity improvements and capital investment strategies.
- Build organizational relationships, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize projects effectively.
- Travel up to 25% as needed to support global business requirements and cross-functional team leadership.
