Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Application Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain responsive enterprise web applications using Oracle APEX and modern frameworks.
  • Database and API Development: Optimize Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, build RESTful APIs with ORDS, and support cloud environments.
  • Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of enterprise software development experience, including 3+ years in full stack development.
  • Strong experience with Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

  • CompTIA Security+ certification and experience with Federal or Department of Defense programs.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, microservices, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
  • Oracle APEX, AWS, or Agile-related certifications are a plus.
