HR Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources including operations, performance and people analytics, compliance, and team engagement. This role is critical in supporting our growing team with scalable HR systems and processes that align with company culture and business goals. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, developing HR policies, overseeing performance review systems, managing people data, implementing employee engagement programs, and serving as a point of contact for employee relations. The HR Manager will partner with leadership on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational development, as well as support hiring operations and lead initiatives to optimize remote team culture.
