We are seeking an experienced executive coach to work with senior leaders and executives seeking to sharpen their leadership and strategic capabilities.
This role involves guiding clients on decision making, team management, strategic planning, succession planning, and board relations.
Coaches also help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, strategy, and automation for executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership development and communication skills coaching to senior leaders.
Support clients with strategic planning, strategy, and organizational challenges.
Help clients navigate AI transformation and integrate AI into their decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Hands-on executive leadership or C-suite experience is preferred.
Prior coaching or mentoring experience with a structured approach.
Ability to help leaders navigate complex organizational challenges.
