What you’ll do:
- Own the Full Design Loop: Move fluidly between rough sketches, functional prototypes, and high-fidelity flows.
- Lead Continuous Discovery: Run lightweight, ongoing user research. Synthesize qualitative signals into actionable product decisions.
- Use AI as a Force Multiplier: Use modern AI tools to accelerate your workflow, transcribing interviews, extracting themes, and prototyping ideas.
You should bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally with exposure to fintech or complex B2B SaaS.
- Builder Mindset: A track record of shipping things beyond Figma files, including frontend code or AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Research Fluency: Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct rapid user testing and translate findings into product decisions.
