Job Description

About the Role:

  • The Partner Solutions Engineer will be a key driver in our company’s growth strategy, responsible for helping customers and partners build high-value integrations with our platform.
  • Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll work closely with the GTM team during both the sales and post-sales process, ensuring partners can successfully leverage our APIs, embed our platform, and deliver measurable value.

You Will:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, guiding them through API usage, integrations, and best practices to ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design, implement, and continuously monitor integrations, ensuring they are delivering maximum value and meeting both business and user experience goals.
  • Advocate for the end-user experience within integrations, ensuring flows are intuitive, performant, and aligned with partner and customer needs.

You Have:

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer, or API-focused technical consultant
  • Proven ability to work closely with partners and internal teams to understand both business and end-user needs, and deliver actionable solutions that maximize adoption and impact
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
