FP&A Analyst

Role Summary:

• The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and business decision support across the company.
• This role helps translate financial and operational data into clear insights for Finance leadership and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the annual budget, rolling forecasts, long-range plan, and scenario modeling processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting materials analyzing key performance drivers such as revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Build and maintain financial models for resource planning, project profitability, and investment decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, data analytics, or related analytical role required.
• Strong Excel skills, financial modeling ability, analytical curiosity, and clear communication are required.
