- Own growth analytics and measurement for the Hospital side of the marketplace.
- Lead growth analytics and experimentation across key levers.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and growth metrics.
- Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to independently answer complex, ambiguous business questions using data.
