About the Role:
- Own and accelerate the growth of our Expert Contributor network.
- Build a predictable, scalable growth engine that treats expert supply as a strategic lever.
- Work closely with Delivery Teams to ensure supply plans directly support delivery goals.
What You'll Do
- Define and own demand forecasting to meet expert contributor growth targets.
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies to support growth across global markets.
- Partner with Analytics to develop robust models and queries for supply prediction.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience in growth operations, product operations, strategy, or related roles
- Experience building and scaling 0 to 1 growth functions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and build scalable processes in ambiguous environments
