Job Description
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Design and run the growth and operating system behind sourcing, qualifying, and activating large-scale contractor workforces.
- Treat talent acquisition as a growth and marketplace problem: Rapidly scaling top-of-funnel and identifying bottlenecks.
- Drive execution across tooling, vendors, and operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the global talent acquisition funnel end-to-end as a growth and operations problem.
- Standardize and automate processes wherever possible.
- Create growth dashboards and operating cadences that keep leadership aligned on supply, risk, quality, conversion, and readiness.
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end acquisition and activation funnels
- Proven ability to find leverage: eliminate manual work, introduce automation, restructure workflows
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and able to influence Product/Engineering, Ops, and Exec stakeholders.
