SuperAnnotate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coder - AI Operations (Sr.) Associate to lead the operational execution of complex coding projects related to our cutting-edge LLM and Gen AI data solutions for enterprise clients. This role is designed for a senior coder with a strong background in a popular programming language, who will now leverage that technical expertise to own the operational execution for complex coding projects.

This role will lead LLM and Gen AI data projects for enterprise clients. Requires an exceptional blend of strategic thinking, client-facing skills, project management and operational skills as well as a deep understanding of the Gen AI landscape. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of LLM/Gen AI engagements and also scope and define new use cases, collaborating with clients to understand their AI data challenges and identify solutions.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong technical background and exceptional communication skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This is a remote position, requiring availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Manage the entire lifecycle of data creation projects for enterprise clients, from initial consultation through final delivery. Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are well-defined, resources are optimized, and outputs meet the highest standards. Maintain strong relationships and provide regular updates. Continuously refine workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and deliver optimal outcomes.
