AI Solutions Director

This role requires an exceptional blend of strategic thinking, strong client-facing skills, project management and operational skills as well as a deep understanding of the Gen AI landscape, specifically, LLMs and LLM datasets. The ideal candidate will not only ensure the successful execution of current LLM/Gen AI engagements but also scope and define new use cases from the ground up, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique AI data challenges and identify solutions. Please note, coding experience, while not required, is highly desirable. Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM data projects, from initial scoping and use case ideation with clients to project execution and delivery. Drive project timelines, resource plans, and delivery quality. Identify bottlenecks early and proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution across multiple work-streams. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams. Cultivate a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Act as the senior point of contact for enterprise clients. Build trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders and expand project scope through strategic advisory and delivery excellence. Partner with different teams to define requirements and oversee the correct implementation of project setups. Stay current with AI technology advancements. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and refine operational processes to drive scalability and operational efficiencies.
