Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong technical background and exceptional communication skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
As a Technical Support Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing professional technical support to customers via screen sharing, chat, and email, diagnosing and resolving software-related issues, gathering customer requirements, creating detailed documentation, and escalating technical issues to internal teams.
To be successful, you'll need 3+ years of experience in technical support, fluency in English, strong Python knowledge, and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in the AI/ML industry and familiarity with SaaS environments are preferred. The position is remote, requiring availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
