Role Overview:
- Lead and strengthen an end-to-end healthcare compliance program for remote patient monitoring services.
- Ensure adherence to Medicare billing, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and anti-kickback laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly billing audits, regulatory monitoring, and HIPAA security assessments.
- Maintain SOPs, manage breach investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver compliance training and coordinate overpayment refunds within statutory deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in healthcare compliance, with CHC certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Deep knowledge of CPT codes, CMS rules, OIG Work Plan, and healthcare privacy frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and a bachelor's degree.
