We're looking for an experienced PR and External Communications Lead to shape how TOPdesk's story is heard across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.
You'll own our PR approach across three distinct markets, strengthening media relationships and turning our product and AI strategy into stories that earn attention and credibility.

What You'll Do:

Build and strengthen relationships with relevant technology, trade and business media across our key markets.
Turn TOPdesk's positioning into compelling media stories, thought leadership, and interview opportunities.
Manage PR agencies and freelance partners across markets, ensuring high-quality, locally relevant execution.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in PR, external communications or corporate communications, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
Strong track record of managing communications across multiple markets or international audiences.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
