Inventory Procurement Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished Inventory Procurement Analyst to lead the design, execution, and ongoing refinement of our data-driven inventory and procurement strategy. Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains 2018), SQL, and advanced Power BI modeling, you will deliver real-time, actionable insights to maintain a 100% fill rate for owned inventory, while preventing overstock and optimizing warehouse space utilization. This role blends deep technical acumen with practical supply chain strategy—providing procurement guidance at the SKU level that directly impacts operational performance and profitability. The analyst will focus on Data Architecture & Modeling, Inventory Monitoring & Forecasting, Space Utilization Analysis, PO Pipeline Visibility, and Procurement Decision Support. The candidate will also identify data gaps, process bottlenecks, and reporting opportunities.
