Associate Field Engineer

Job Summary:

• The Associate Field Engineer - Validations ensures quality and accuracy of bulk fiber infrastructure in hyperscale data centers.
• This role supports validation, testing, and documentation of large-scale fiber optic installations.

Job Duties:

• Perform OLTS and OTDR testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review installation quality and coordinate with crews to troubleshoot fiber performance issues.
• Track production metrics and maintain accurate records for turnover documentation.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency with fiber optic testing equipment (OLTS, OTDR) is essential.
• Knowledge of structured cabling systems and data center environments is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are needed to coordinate with field teams.
