Financial Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of a dedicated marketing distributor and the broader Sales & Marketing functions. This role blends accounting, financial analysis, and strategic partnership, working closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting and insightful expense analysis. Key Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, accruals, reconciliations, and carrier statement processing. Calculate and support Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and marketing allowance payments. Conduct monthly expense analysis, including reclasses, account reconciliations, and variance reporting. Assist with budgeting processes and provide technical support using Anaplan. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to explain financial variances and support strategic decisions.
