Virtual Event Manager

Rectangle Health is seeking a Virtual Event Manager to lead webinar and podcast programs, overseeing the full lifecycle from strategy to follow-up. This role involves managing logistics, guest coordination, platform setup, and cross-functional collaboration for professional webinars and podcast episodes. Support for in-person events is also required. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, SMEs, and guest speakers to plan topics, manage attendee data, and oversee post-webinar processes, working with stakeholders to book interviews, coordinate editing, transcription, and promotion. Collaboration with the Trade Show & Events Manager to assist with live event logistics and onsite coordination as needed.
