Engineering Manager, Developer Experience

As we enter a pivotal phase in our evolution, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategy and execution—driving improvements to development tools and processes, and helping to establish a strong DevEx Platform culture. You'll balance technical leadership with people management, to help DevEx Hire and grow an incredible team that lives our values. You should define, communicate, and execute a technical roadmap for DevEx improvements, and train and support developers to create and maintain effective tests for their products. You will streamline merge processes and integration tests to provide rapid feedback to developers and identify bottlenecks and gaps, then prioritize effective solutions to ensure all changes meet customer expectations.
