Job Description
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial-minded Manager, Strategic Partnerships to help grow our partner ecosystem in the Greater China region. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, supporting them through lead generation, onboarding, and customer retention. As the main point of contact, you will manage daily operations, including lead tracking, renewals, and payouts, while ensuring smooth communication and partner success.
You will work cross-functionally with the internal sales team and external partners to source, support, and close net-new merchant deals. You will expand ARR from existing accounts through partner collaboration. Focus will be on managing high-value agencies and tech partners capable of influencing revenue. You will build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align goals and track performance and co-develop GTM strategies with ecosystem partners to ensure long-term, win-win success for Firework and its ecosystem.
