Lead AI Engineer

AI/ML Development:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Work with structured and unstructured data across payments, onboarding, and identity systems.
• Apply traditional ML with cutting-edge LLM techniques to build enterprise-grade risk controls.

Production and Maintenance:

• Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines, including model monitoring.
• Develop AI agent systems for internal and external team use.
• Ensure reliable AI agent systems.

Team Leadership and Strategy:

• Mentor and develop junior AI engineers as the team grows.
• Lay the foundation for AI best practices and model governance.
• Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to define high-impact AI use cases.
