Responsibilities:
- Support InterSystems HealthShare, IRIS, and Caché environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide Tier 3 support for HealthShare applications, interoperability services, and related middleware technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT, healthcare IT, or federal government contracting.
- Hands-on experience with InterSystems HealthShare, IRIS, or Caché.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS CloudWatch.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or similar cloud certification preferred.
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs is highly desirable.
