Lead Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Reverse engineer and document complex enterprise service bus workflows integrated via HL7, webservices, or SFTP interfaces.
• Define requirements for ETL service processes and support deployment, testing, and administration for a variety of sources.
• Troubleshoot and analyze root cause of error conditions in complex enterprise service bus workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with 2-3 years of experience under contract with the VA or other Federal agency.
• Working experience with InterSystems IRIS, Cache, or HealthShare, including integrations, productions, and admin tools.
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk, DeepSee, Dynatrace, or CloudWatch, and knowledge of agile methodologies.
