Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated book of clients, managing relationships via email, Zoom, and phone.
• Meet with clients quarterly to review financial statements and provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
• Facilitate the tax compliance process by preparing returns and providing clean financials to the tax department.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of accounting experience within a CPA firm is mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must; experience with UltraTax is a plus.
• Prior experience working with dental or healthcare clients. (Preferred)
