Social Media Content Specialist - English + other languages

Job Summary:

• You will join a fully remote, international social media team supporting global brands and their online communities.
• You create engaging content and conversations while representing different brand voices across social platforms.
• Flexibility is essential, as the role includes a rotating mix of daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and respond to comments and community interactions across clients' social media channels consistently applying each brand's voice.
• Write thoughtful, engaging social content designed to encourage conversation and strengthen community engagement.
• Monitor online conversations and help ensure communities remain safe, respectful, and inclusive.

Requirements:

• Strong written English skills including excellent spelling, grammar, and clarity, combined with strong cultural awareness.
• Previous experience managing social media platforms, particularly community moderation and audience engagement.
• Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, overnight hours, and weekends.
