Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end solution vision across multiple teams and client stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with executive and technical client stakeholders.
- Align business goals, technical architecture, and delivery strategy to drive successful outcomes.
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years' experience designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- 4+ years professional services consulting experience leading strategic engagements.
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills, with ability to create technical documentation and client facing artifacts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading $1M+ programs or large enterprise initiatives.
- Knowledge of managed package development and AppExchange.
- Understanding of key concepts for user-centered design and design thinking using the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
