Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly close end-to-end, delivering accurate financial statements on accelerated timelines.
- Redesign close workflows to reduce manual effort and scale with transaction growth.
- Exercise sound judgment in complex accounting decisions with clear documentation.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, close processes, and audit readiness.
- Experience designing scalable accounting systems, controls, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and interest in leveraging AI.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or progress strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of close processes and complex accounting areas.
