AECOM is seeking a Contracts Analyst (Procurement) for one of our offices in Sacramento, CA. This role is open to remote work. This role will support the Statewide Regional Office to perform a range of activities supporting the Contracts and Budgets team. Specific responsibilities include preparing task orders, stop work notices and other contract documents at the direction of the Real Property Budget & Contract Section Manager. Preparation of task orders, stop work notices and applicable contract documents includes updating and maintaining status and budget reports, updating the Authorityβs system of records as needed, data research of historical information, researching and reviewing procurement contracts, and invoice reviews and financial records updates. Contribute to primary responsibilities and offer support on supplementary projects as needed.
