Role Overview:
- You will be responsible for running, maintaining, and improving a suite of editorial tools.
- Review manuscripts to ensure they meet quality criteria.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to support overall editorial processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 3 years professional editing experience with strong copyediting skills.
- Basic understanding of quantitative reasoning.
- Keen interest in utilizing AI to assist in editorial processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Romance and its subgenres, especially Paranormal Romance, Contemporary, and Erotica.
- Tech savviness with AI models and excitement about exploring new implementations.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $30/hour, 20 hours per week.
- Remote position with ability to make meetings on San Francisco hours.
