About the Role:
- Report to the CTO and own delivery, quality, reliability, cost, and people.
- Stay hands-on with code and AI tools about a fifth of the week.
What You'll Do:
- Turn strategy into shipped software, review pull requests, and write tools.
- Make AI the default, measure DORA metrics, and automate toil.
- Own reliability, security, and cost on AWS and Azure.
What We're Looking For:
- Shipped production code with AI tools in the last 12 months.
- 15+ years in engineering, 7+ leading managers.
- Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS and Kubernetes.
