- Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture focused on collective success and a customer-centric prospecting approach.
Strategy & Process Optimization:
- Design and execute BDR strategies for lead generation, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing for alignment.
- Continuously refine workflows and establish clear KPIs to maximize efficiency and track performance using tools like HubSpot.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth prospect handoffs and a cohesive experience.
- Generate regular reports on BDR performance and pipeline metrics, using data to provide actionable insights and adjust strategy.
