Operational Risk Officer

This role will identify critical control gaps in day-to-day operations. Work with Data, Ops, IT, Finance and Product to reduce errors in our critical data. Assess roles with high risk exposure, build clear control points, and reduce dependency on tribal knowledge. Also, work with hub managers and logistics to assess and strengthen security and safety protocols across our Global Hubs and fulfilment processes. The person will Support Commercial and Finance teams in identifying and mitigating pricing workflow risks and support risk reporting and issue resolution.
