Key Responsibilities:
- Lead reliability assessments, root cause investigations, failure analysis, and corrective action efforts.
- Own and maintain the CMMS platform, ensuring accuracy of asset records and maintenance schedules.
- Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering required.
- 8+ years experience in reliability engineering within life sciences or pharma.
- Certification such as CMRP, CRL, or CRE preferred.
Reliability Methodologies:
- Perform FMEA, RCM, and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
- Analyze equipment performance and maintenance trends.
- Implement condition monitoring programs like vibration analysis and thermography.
Work Environment:
- May work in office, laboratory, or manufacturing settings.
- Occasional travel to client sites based on project needs.
- Fully remote work options available with flexibility.
